What you need to do?

Briefing| Tell us all about your dream candidate, including the skills, tech stack, attributes, team structure and experience they need to bring to the role. We can even headhunt for niche roles ensuring you high-level talent. 

What we can do for you

We will create the most precise search for candidates you need. We advertise roles using a unique combination of trusted job websites, media channels and social media to ensure the job role is seen by the right people. Our Consultants have their own network of professionals and that gives us more leverage.

We proofread and check all CVs and personally interview applicants over phone/Skype or even in-person depending on the role, so that you end up with a shortlist of minimum 3 strong candidates.

We will be on hand during the entire interview process, offering advice from interview procedures to contract and salary negotiations.

The final step is to ensure a happy fit, so we will be offering 3 monthly free Coaching sessions of thirty minutes each in order to make sure the new recruit happily settles in his/her role and delivering as per the expectations of the Client Company. To make this exercise successful we expect the support and feedback from HR department, relevant Manager or Team Lead.

In the event a successfully placed candidate fails to maintain the respective position within the organisation and leaves during the first three (03) months at no fault of the client, we will refill the position at no additional cost.
